TMS®

The abbreviation TMS stands for Trace Mineral Solutions, which is a natural calcium fertiliser. TMS supplies the crop with highly available calcium, magnesium, and a number of valuable trace elements. This strengthens the plants, enhances the quality of vegetables / fruit, and leads to higher yields. The secret of TMS is the 100% red algae (lithothamnium calcareum) content, sustainably obtained from the Atlantic Ocean.

Besides, TMS is excellent for soil regeneration, as it contains calcium, magnesium. and more than 70 trace elements. Long-term unbalanced supply, for instance one that is limited to NPK fertilisers only, may give rise to deficiencies in the soil. This will ultimately cause deficiencies in the crop, which may affect the yield. These deficiencies are eliminated by using TMS pellets or TMS leaf fertiliser, making sure that the plants receive the full nutrient diversity they need. This pertains to both conventional crop cultivation as well as organic cultivation.

TMS M
Foliar fertilizer is available as a leaf fertiliser – a micronised powder to be used as a crop spray. Mixed with water, TMS M is particularly suitable for pouring, (high-pressure) irrigation, or fertigation. If EVR is used as well, TMS is absorbed even better; and visible residues are reduced to an absolute minimum. The regular dosage is 2 kg/ha per week.

TMS G
TMS Granules TMS pellets for the soil. It is easily distributed with a regular fertiliser spreader. Since the particles are very hard, it takes several months for the nutrients to be released. Besides, there is a fine powder adhering to the pellets that may react quickly with the soil and thus ensures a more immediate effect. For the first application we recommend using 200 kg/ha; 100 kg/ha will suffice for subsequent applications.

TMS P
Powder This fine powder is available for a variety of applications. The powder is fine enough to be poured and also mixes well with substrate or compost. This powder is extensively sold in the retail market, for instance for boxwood trees. TMS lends itself to organic cultivation.
